Specialty: We all want to look and feel confident, energized, and beautiful at every age, but we often feel trapped inside a body we don't recognize. We struggle to make healthy food and lifestyle choices but the busyness of everyday life makes that seem almost impossible.
My passion is to help you crave more out of life than chocolate and to simplify the healthy living process so that you can have the body and life that you want and deserve. I will help you discover what's at the heart of those crazy cravings, find easy ways to add healthier food to your diet, build new habits that support your goals, and make you a priority in your own life. Check out my program offerings here for more details.
As an empty nester, former sugar addict, and yo-yo dieter who finally found freedom at the young age of 50, I especially enjoy working with women who are transitioning to midlife and are ready to embrace this chapter as an opportunity for transformation and adventure. The best is yet to come!
Hobbies: I am a foodie with a love of travel, hiking, and cooking. I love to make people smile by sharing my therapy dog, Sam.
Family: My husband, Mark, is a local physician and we have two sons, David and Will, who are off on their own adventures. We have called Chattanooga home for the past 23 years.
