Signature 3-Month Coaching Package - $599

This option is ideal for you if you are self-motivated and are looking for an objective view of your current lifestyle habits and would like suggestions and strategies for improvement.

These sessions include:
• A 1-hour Strategy Session to discuss the issues that are leaving you feeling stuck
